3) Cable fly's low 6 sets. Rep range from 20 to 6
4) Cable fly's high 6 sets. Rrep range from 20 to 6


Tuesday : Legs

1) Leg extensions 3 sets. Rep range 20
2) Squats 8 sets. Rep range from 10 to 4
3) Leg press 8 sets. Rep range from 12 to 15 
4) Lying leg curl 8 sets. Rep range from 20 to 6 
5) Calf presses on leg press superset with raises off the wall 4 sets. Rep range 20
6) Donkey calf raises superset with raises off the wall 4 sets. Rep range 20


Wednesday : Back

2) Lat pulldown 8 sets. Rep range from 20 to 6
